Pizza was delicious. The staff friendly and efficient. The atmosphere rating is misleading since this is a takeout place, no inside seating.

Always a great experience. Food is always hot. Wings are my favorite. I order on the ChowNow app which is easy to use. Haley/Halie/Hayley who works there is so helpful, accommodating, &such a sweetheart. Whenever I call to address an issue [my fault, user error], she's always there to help &is truly happy to help. Customer service is so tough to work in/deal with considering how entitled people can be &how fed up the workers are [understandably so!] So her attitude &kindness are truly refreshing. Love this location.

Been about 3-4 years since I visited Benito's in New Boston. Food still great! Service still great too! If you've not visited this location in a while or never been here, treat yourself and go get something. I had a calzone with chicken, ham and both cheddar an mozzarella plus pizza sauce.

I always get really good pizza from Benito in new Boston. Today I wanted to order just a small pizza with 3 items and my call taker was Kathy. She took her time with me. Also she asked me which ranch dressing I wanted. I asked her what she thought. I got what she recommended (homemade) glad I went with her choice . I may sure I also sent a little tip her way because just her personality on the phone made you want to order again,

Some days, service is 4s, others it's 5s. Overall, if I could, 4.5s, and this is based on what I perceive (over an 8 year span) as excellent customer relations. Whether on the phone, at the counter or the driver at my door, these kids (and if you're under 60, you're a kid to me) have been respectful and courteous to everyone in my family. The pizzas? The typical cheese and pepperoni is average. And average isn't bad in the pizza industry. But their pies that you spruce up with yummies are outstanding. And it helps that you're just down the street from us.

Benito’s in New Boston is awesome!!! The staff was very accommodating when I requested they bring my pizza out to my car for pickup. Delivery has always been swift and the deliverers professional. They have never messed up my order, and always have topped and cooked my pizza to perfection! The vegetarian deep dish with feta cheese is a must try for veggie lovers!
